Short acquaintance with cultural and artistic festival of
Imam Reza (AS)
In The Name Of Allah The Compassionate and The Merciful
Fore word:
Cultural and artistic Festival of Imam Reza (AS) is
the greatest heading of national and international Festival.
This Festival hold on Keramat days from 1 to 11 (Zellghade)
on the occasion of birthday Hadrat-e Masoumah (s) and Imam
Reza (AS) by state department of Islamic culture and guidance
with effort of permanent secretariat of Festival and cooperation
of general department and Islamic culture and guidance of
Rezavi province.
Confirmation of honorable Olamma and Marajea:
Confirmation of ten Olamma and imitation Marajea like
as Hadrat-e Ayatollah Meshkini and Ayatollah Makarem shirazi,
davadi Amoli, Amini, sobhani, saafi Golpayegani, Ardabili,
Vaez-e Tabassi and Alamolhoda are patrons and encouragings
for holding this Festival.
Reception of execution regulation from ministers board:
This international and national Festival in speed has
been could acquired in short time legal and official regulation
and on the basis of this regulation has been started.
Regulation NO. 34/871/8247 on date 2006 and also NO.39570T/15852
on date 2008 and instruction NO.1/2188 on date 2007 issued
by ministers board, for this Festival.
Purposes:
This festival has been started on 2002 and now placed
on holding of sixth period. Purposes of this newly established
Festival as fallows:
1) Extension of religious, artistic and cultural and related
to prophet custom especially Imam Reza (AS)
2) Recognition, introducing and honoring producers and creators
of splendid cultural, literary and artistic related to Hadrat
and help to produce and expanded spreading of these works.
Organs of festival:
Policy – making council, executive board and scientific
board are organs of this Festival. on the basis of regulation,
members of policy- making council to be undertake minister
of Islamic culture and guidance consist of deputy of president
and head of cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism, Governor
of Razavi khorasan, Representative of people in Majles of
Islamic council, custodianship successor of Astan-e Quds,
head of broadcasting Islamic republic of Iran, International
deputy of Islamic relations and culture, representative
vali Faghih and supervisor of endowment and charity affairs
department and other magnanimous to be observed in this
part.
Background:
1) first period of this Festival hold only in Khorasan
province with 8 heding artistic and culture activity in
2002.
2) In second period on 2003 year to the same program in
Yazd, Qom, Fars joined to group of holders.
3) Third Festival in 2004 with partnership of 10 province
of country was hold. In this order, provinces of Qom, Fars,
Yazd, Khuzestan, Isfahan, Semnan, Kerman, northern, southern
and razavi khorasan participate in voluntarily.
4) Fourth Festival hold on 2005 with partnership of 24 province
in country and 28 program including 26 national programs
and 2 international program
5) Fifth Festival on 2007 with partnership of 30 province
in country and in frame of 36 heading of program that had
15 program international approach.
Six Festival
Sixth Festival hold on 10 to 20 ابان with 38 Festival,
congress, exhibition, ceremony, in three section of national,
international and special with partnership department and
executives system in 30 province of country and also assistance
counselor of culture Islamic republic of in 8 country including
Azerbijan (in 2 center Bakoo and Nakhjavan) Germany, Uzbakistan,
Pakistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan in 2 center (Ankara and
Istanbul) and India in 4 center (Lahore, Mumbai, Bangalore,
Missour and Poona).
Opening and closing ceremony of Festival of Imam Reza
(AS):
Beginning of this Festival in morning of first Zellgadeh
syncronous with birthday of Imam Reza(AS) in mashhad city
with presence selected and superior in interior and outer
country and superior faces culture and artistic and literary
with live broadcasting in province network. On the basis
of time calendar announced by secretariat elementary levels
of acceptance, reviewing and selection of works 1 mouth
before holding of Festival and judgment level and selection
superior works before of karamat days and final level announcement
of result offering of presents and honoring. selectoring
in 2 opening and closing ceremony any Festival in province
or country hold on one or two and tree days in karamat days.
Numbers of producing works in Festival and programs:
In spite of publication of 5 written books and electronic
consist of complete reports of secretariat in throughout
country during 5 previous Festival in field of historic,
scholarship, religious and science, Artistic works (in 7
course cinema, teathre, music, incarnation) literary works
(poem, story, memory) and in written frames (Analogue) and
electronic (Digital) was extracted and finally announced.
In third festival more than 6000 works, in fourth festival
more than 12000 works and fifth festival more than 15000
works in offices of secretariat of province has been accepted.
How to participate in one or more Festival:
1) First step:
obtaining of public information from 36 specialist programs
spread by summons in 30 provinces.
As fallows:
A) observation of written summons and main publishing Festival
in daily newspapers or distribution posters in throughout
country.
B) Refer to site www. shamstoos.ir under permanent secretariay
of Festival in Mashhad city and reception of portrait and
text file.

2) second step:
reception and study of summons and specialist programs interested
in presence and sending works and accuracy in circumstances
of participation and moratorium of sending works to following
ways:
A) observation of 36 written summons and specialist programs
has published by secretariat and press of poster.
B) Refer to Internet site of objective secretariat (in more
than 30 site) and or refer to site of shamstoos Internet.
3) Third step:
Selection of Festival and program for prepare and produce
works.
4) step:
Sending of produce works in time to province secretariat and tracing of judgment
board.
Important point:
Any of persons in aging section and with any sexuality
(youth, adolescence, adult (woman, man) with any race and
any level of education can be participate in one or more
program (of course provided that obtaining qualification
participation in all of program and provisions to be observed)
and send produce works before finishing moratorium.
